    Data Sources

    Every figure on this site traces back to a government or openly-licensed source. Below is the complete list of datasets we use, where they come from, and when they were last updated.

    Most are ingested by an automated pipeline on a schedule. A few — mainly the smaller states' stamp duty schedules — have no machine-readable feed, so we maintain them by hand and check them against the publisher. Those are marked By hand, and where nobody has yet verified one against its publisher it says so rather than leaving you to assume.
